What is VibeKin?
VibeKin is an astrology app for self-discovery and the people closest to you (your Kin). You get a personal natal chart, a private AI companion named Lumi, and compatibility insights with the people you invite into your circle.
How do I accept an invite?
When someone invites you, they send a link like vibekin.app/i/MOON-ABCD1234. Tap it.
- If VibeKin is installed, the app opens directly to the invite screen — tap “Accept” and you’re connected.
- If you don’t have the app yet, the link opens a page where you can install VibeKin from the App Store or Google Play. After install, open the app — your invite code is pre-filled on the welcome screen.
If the code doesn’t fill in automatically, tap “I have a code” on the welcome screen and enter the MOON-XXXXXXXX code manually.
What’s included in VibeKin Plus?
VibeKin Plus is a subscription that unlocks unlimited chats with Lumi, deeper compatibility readings, and daily personalized transits. Pricing is shown in your local currency on the subscription screen.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play).
To cancel: open the App Store or Google Play app → tap your profile → Subscriptions → VibeKin → Cancel.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google directly — they process all billing. We don’t have the ability to issue refunds on our side.
How do you handle my data?
Your natal chart and personal data are private to you by default. You choose what to share with each person in your Kin. Conversations with Lumi are private — nobody in your family or circle sees them.

How do I delete my account?
Open VibeKin → Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, charts, Lumi history, and any data we hold about you. The action is irreversible.
If you can’t access the app, email support@vibekin.app from the address you signed up with and we’ll process the deletion within 7 days.
I found a bug or have a feature idea
Please tell us. Email support@vibekin.app with what you tried, what happened, and which device you’re on (phone model + OS version helps us reproduce).
