1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using VibeKin, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use VibeKin. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent where required by the laws of your country. By using the app, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@vibekin.app. We may suspend or terminate accounts used for abuse, harassment, fraud, or other violations of these Terms.
4. Subscription
VibeKin offers a Solo subscription plan, available on a monthly or an annual billing period. The price that applies in your country is shown in the Apple App Store or Google Play before you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are managed by those platforms via RevenueCat.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date in your Apple or Google subscription settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple’s or Google’s refund policies — we do not process refunds directly.
New accounts may qualify for a welcome offer: a reduced price for the first year of the annual plan, after which the subscription renews at the standard annual price. The offer is only available in the first 48 hours after your account first checks in with our servers; that window is set once and does not restart or extend. It does not include the 3-day free trial that the standard annual plan otherwise offers — taking the welcome offer means skipping that trial.
Each account can use the welcome offer once. Apple and Google each grant only one introductory offer per subscription group for the lifetime of a store account, so if you’ve already used an introductory price or free trial with VibeKin, we won’t show you the welcome offer again. Prices vary by country and are always shown by the App Store or Google Play before you confirm the purchase.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the underlying AI models or system prompts from the service.
- Resell or redistribute AI-generated outputs from VibeKin as your own product or service.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Astrology disclaimer
All astrological content — natal charts, transits, compatibility readings, and Lumi’s responses — is provided for entertainment and self-reflection only. It is not medical, financial, legal, or psychiatric advice. Do not make important life decisions based solely on app content. If you are in distress, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional.
7. Family and friend invites
You may invite people you know to connect on VibeKin. Any invited contact can decline the invite or block you at any time. You are responsible for only inviting people who would welcome the connection.
Referral rewards
Inviting friends who join VibeKin can earn you free premium months: every three qualified friends earn one free month, with no cap on how many times you can repeat this. A friend counts as qualified once they start the annual plan’s free trial or buy any paid subscription — starting the trial is enough, even if they don’t keep it. If more than one person invited the same friend, the reward goes to whoever invited them first.
Earned months are banked and applied automatically after any period you’ve already paid for ends, so they never overlap with paid time. They have no cash value and can’t be transferred, sold, or exchanged — they arrive only as premium access inside the app.
This program is not available to users aged 13 to 16; the app shows them no monetization or referral incentives. We may change or end the referral program at any time, and we may withhold rewards obtained through fraud, self-referral, fake accounts, or other abuse.
8. Intellectual property
VibeKin owns the service, the Lumi character, and all original app content. You own the content you create (messages, notes). By using VibeKin, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely as needed to deliver the features you use.
9. Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. After a deletion request, your account data will be permanently removed within 30 days. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.
10. Disclaimers
VibeKin is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VibeKin’s total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of VibeKin’s operator, to be designated upon entity formation. Until then, disputes shall be resolved through good-faith communication via support@vibekin.app.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. We will notify you by email before material changes take effect. Continued use of VibeKin after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
